If you’re looking to adopt a pet in Las Vegas, you’ll find the new love of your life at Hearts Alive Village. Remember, every dog or cat we adopt out is spayed or neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on their vaccines.

HAV Adoption Policy

To protect the animals and the family:

You-ve got to be at least 18 years old to adopt an HAV pet.
Cats and kittens need to be taken home in a secured pet carrier.
Please, no declawing of kittens or cats.
We do not adopt out dogs to be used as guard dogs or “yard” dogs.
Meet and greets with your dog(s) and potential new canine friend(s) are highly encouraged.
Landlord approval and/or home visit may be required.

If you are adopting a dog and already have one in the home, we are happy to do a Meet and Greet to properly introduce them and make sure they start off on the right paw.

Placing an animal in a loving home is our top priority. That's why we take extra care to make sure it's a good match. Most of our dogs are placed with a foster family prior to adoption, so you will be able to speak to their foster parents about behaviors, likes and dislikes, and any challenges.
