Dr. Micaela earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Veterinary Medicine in 2025. Originally from Modesto, California, she was a Division I volleyball player at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay before pursuing her passion for veterinary medicine. She has a special interest in emergency medicine, surgery, & shelter medicine. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Micaela loves spending time with her husband, daughter Tatum, and their three cats and three dogs.
